Lunch & Learn: Resilience and Coping Through a Pandemic | Healthy New Albany
Our monthly Lunch & Learn series topic in November of 20201 was, “Resilience & Coping Thru a Pandemic.” We addressed the feelings of fatigue, frustration, depression, and anxiety that continue to be common in our communities 2 years into the COVID-19 pandemic. We discussed way we can continue to cope and show resilience as we move forward.
Many thanks to InStill Wellness and Panera Bread for sponsoring this Lunch & Learn!
