The Pantry Manager serves as the operational leader of one of Healthy New Albany’s core programs, leading
pantry services and daily operations. This position ensures families receive nutritious food and supportive
resources in a welcoming, dignified environment. The Pantry Manager supervises staff and volunteers, manages
inventory and compliance requirements, coordinates community partnerships, and leads seasonal food
assistance programs.
Qualifications
● Commitment to Healthy New Albany’s mission and values of dignity, compassion, and community
well-being.
● Minimum of three years of experience in a food pantry, food bank, hunger-relief, or related human
services organization required.
● Experience leading food pantry or food distribution operations, including staff or volunteer
supervision, program administration, and regulatory compliance strongly preferred.
● Experience working with Mid-Ohio Food Collective, Feeding America network food banks, TEFAP
programs, or similar food assistance systems preferred.
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, social services, public health,
community programs, or a related field preferred.
● Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Knowledge of food safety practices, inventory management, and client-centered service delivery.
● Proficiency with common office, database, and reporting software.
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an active environment.
● Valid drivers license required.
● Ability to operate, or willingness to learn to operate, a box truck.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of Healthy New Albany’s marketing and
communications activities. Working under the direction of the Grants and Communications Manager, this role is
responsible for maintaining HNA’s digital presence, producing routine communications, and promoting our
programs and events to the community. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional
passionate about mission-driven work to grow their skills in nonprofit marketing.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience ● Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
● Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts (professional, organizational, or personal
projects welcome)
● Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media platforms (TikTok,
Instagram Reels, etc.) strongly preferred
● Familiarity with basic graphic design tools such as Canva
● Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact is a plus
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small team
● Passion for health, wellness, and community
