Healthy New Albany offers a wide variety of classes, community programs, and events – all about enjoying life while improving health! Our programs are open to everyone (no residency or membership restrictions).

Youth Nature Programs

Hands on opportunities for kids to explore and discover nature’s wonders.

Adult Classes

Join instructor Kevin Ryan for our Mindful Nature Walks, which will weave multiple practices together in one session: yoga, meditation, and a walk through nature.

Knowledge Programs

Community Health Talks

Join us for a series of Community Health Talks that will cover health and wellness topics from local experts.

Free to attend.

October 22: What You Need to Know About Weight Loss: Understanding Popular Weight Loss Drugs and their Role in our Health/Wellness 

Music Together

These fun family classes include songs, rhythmic chants, movement, instrument play, and of course lots of fun – developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers.
