Healthy New Albany offers a wide variety of classes, community programs, and events – all about enjoying life while improving health! Our programs are open to everyone (no residency or membership restrictions).

Nourish Programs
Adult Nourish classes
Hands-on classes with delicious recipes!

Nourish Jr. – Pizza Makers
Using our homemade dough and homemade sauce, we will knead, shape, and top our pizzas to create personal delicious pizza masterpieces. We’ll do pizza in the oven and on the grill (weather permitting).

Hands on opportunities for families to explore and discover nature’s wonders.

Join us for a series of Winter Walks that will encourage the community to get outside and explore, even on gray days.

Community Health Talks
Join us for a series of Community Health Talks that will cover health and wellness topics from local experts.

Music Together
These fun family classes include songs, rhythmic chants, movement, instrument play, and of course lots of fun – developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers.

Movement Programs
Lift Like a Girl
Girls will learn the fundamentals of strength training in a safe, supportive environment. Workouts are scaled to meet every girl at her ability level and challenge her to build skill, capacity, and confidence.

World Rhythm’s Fitness
This program offers a combination of high-energy and easy-to-follow dance moves, plus low-impact strength movement using loop resistance bands.
