New Albany Food Pantry: Summer Meals
Neighbors Helping Neighbors:
Summer Meals = Happy & Healthy Kids
The New Albany Food Pantry’s Summer Meals Program has been delivering weekly meals and snacks to students on free and reduced lunch plans throughout the summer for a number of years. Lack of access to nutritious food in the summer months can lead to health problems and learning delays.
The situation has been compounded with unforeseen circumstances related to COVID-19, and the number of students being served has nearly doubled. Additionally, since school is unlikely to resume this year, the Summer Meals Program will be starting a month early on May 2nd. In order to reach the goal of $20,000 to deliver this program, your help is needed! Please see details in the diagram below.
Please consider making a monetary donation today. Here's how you can help!
$30 – Support a New Albany student in need for one month. Thank you!
$60 – Make a difference in the lives of a New Albany family of 4 for a month. Thank you!
$120 – Provide meals and snacks for a student for an ENTIRE summer! Thank you!
$250 – Help support a family with 3 children for the ENTIRE summer! Thank you!
