Healthy New Albany Farmers Market - Vendor Information Page

The Healthy New Albany Farmers Market has been around for over a decade! We have seen upwards of 1000-1200 customers at a given market. In typical years we have an outdoor market that runs on Thursday evenings throughout the summer and an indoor market that occurs monthly on Saturday mornings in the fall/winter.

Vendor Price Structure:

  • Regular vendor – $30/market
  • Large vendor – $45/market
  • Food truck – $40/market
  • Wine/Alcohol vendor – $40/market
  • Business space (promotional material only, no product sales) – $100/market
  • Community/Non-profit Space – no charge
  • Music/Entertainment – no charge or payment

Notes: A regular vendor will receive one 10×10′ space at our outdoor market and approximately 6 feet of space at our indoor market. A large vendor will receive two 10×10′ spaces at our outdoor market and approximately 12 feet of space at our indoor market. Business/Commuity/Non-profit spaces receive one 10×10′ space at our outdoor market and approximately 6 feet of space at our indoor market. Wine/Alcohol vendors are charged slightly more due to permit costs incurred by Healthy New Albany.

Summer Market (June-September)

The outdoor summer market is 12-13 weeks long and takes place on Thursdays from 4-7 pm in Market Square. Set up for vendors begins at 2:30 pm each week.

Applications for the outdoor summer market open on February 1st each year.

The 2021 summer market runs from June 24th – September 16th.

    Fall/Winter Market (November-March)

    The Fall/Winter market takes place indoors at the Philip Heit Center for Healthy New Albany on the first Saturday of the month, November-March (shifted for holidays).

    Applications for the fall/winter market open on September 1st each year.

    The 2021/2022 Fall/Winter HNA Farmers Market is tentatively scheduled for the following dates:

    • Saturday, November 6, 2021
    • Saturday, December 4, 2021
    • Saturday, January 8, 2022
    • Saturday, February 5, 2022
    • Saturday, March 5, 2022

    It is possible that the dates and/or location could change due to COVID-19 and recommendations from state and local health authorities. Currently masks are required inside the Philip Heit Center. All applicants will be notified ASAP of any changes.
