What are Healthy New Albany’s (HNA) office hours? Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm.

How can I find the HNA office? Enter the Philip Heit Center via the parking lot entrance, turn right into the lounge area and you will see the HNA office with the glass door on the right.

Where is the Food Pantry located? The Food Pantry’s physical location is 79 N. High St., New Albany, OH (2 story brick building across the street from Animals R Special). Any correspondence should be mailed to the HNA office (150. W. Main St, Suite B, New Albany, OH 43054)

Is HNA a non-profit? Yes, we are supported by grants and donations.

Can I make a donation to HNA? Yes, thank you! Follow this link to our donate page to make a donation online. We can also accept cash and checks made out to “Healthy New Albany.”

Can I specify where my donation goes? Yes. If you have made an online donation and did not select an option in the PayPal dropdown, please email info@healthynewalbany.org to specify if you would like your donation to go to a specific HNA service. You can also use the memo line of a check.

Is HNA part of the OSUWMC Fitness Center? No, we are two independent organizations, located in the same building and often work together on programs and projects.

How can I sign up to get emails on a programs and events? Subscribe to our newsletter via the link at the bottom of our home page.

Do I have to live in New Albany to participate in HNA programs or events? No, our programs and events are open to everyone.

Does HNA have programs for children? Yes, we have programs for people of all ages. Click here to view what we have coming up or click here to view our calendar.

Is there a cost associated with programs and events? It varies. Some programs and events are offered for free; some have a cost associated.

How can I register for a program? Registration for most programs is online at HNA.RecDesk.com. Find the program you want and click “register”. You will have to either create an account or sign-in to your account. (if you forgot your username or password, feel free to contact programs@healthynewalbany.org). NOTE: You must click “Go To Checkout” in order to complete your registration (even if a program is free)!

Am I able to cancel my registration for a program? Attendees cannot cancel their own registrations on their account. To cancel a program, please email programs@healthynewalbany.org.

How can I use a credit to register for a program? If you have a credit on your account, you should be able to apply it during checkout. However, if you have any questions or issues – simply email programs@healthynewalbany.org and let us know what program you’d like to sign up for and we’ll register you and apply your credit towards the total cost.
