About the Instructor:
After two successful, challenging decades in nonprofit management and development, Emily Hampton Morash’s professional interests shifted to improving workplace cultures by helping leaders strengthen their leadership skills and their teams’ cohesion.
With a robust sense of purpose and an irrepressible sense of humor, she founded her company, Hampton Morash, LLC, with the mission to strengthen workplaces through mindfulness methodologies to enhance interpersonal communication and improve Emotional Intelligence.
To this end, Emily earned certification as a mediator, an Emotional Intelligence Educator, a meditation practitioner, and a meditation teacher. She is also an Everything DiSC® certified partner, a Five Behaviors™ certified partner, and creator of her signature programs, The Mindful Leader Practice™, The Identity Trap™, and The Communication Compass™. She recently published her first book, UnFunk Yourself: Leading Mindfully in the Midst of Mayhem.

Emily is an author, curriculum creator, professional facilitator, public speaker, leadership consultant, and professor.
