We are inviting the Brick House Blue community to an energizing lunch and learn experience designed to transform workplace wellness through practical, science-backed techniques that busy professionals can immediately implement.
This interactive 90-minute event, participants will:
- Enjoy a delicious home made lunch prepared by our culinary expert Sharon Dunn
- Engage in 10 minutes of dynamic stretching to release tension, improve circulation, and enhance physical readiness for peak performance
- Learn 10-minute breathing techniques that reduce stress, improve focus, and create mental clarity when facing workplace challenges
- Practice 10 minutes of mindfulness exercises to strengthen attention, improve decision-making, and build resilience
- Enjoy a hands-on 20-minute protein bar making activity that demonstrates how simple nutritional choices can be both delicious and beneficial
- Discover 10 evidence-based reasons why protein intake directly impacts cognitive function, energy levels, and sustained performance throughout the workday
