Started in 2005, the New Albany Walking Classic is Healthy New Albany’s signature fundraiser of the year. As North America’s largest walking-only race, participants come from more than 177 zip codes nationwide. Because of the Walk, Healthy New Albany was created and has become a national model for community wellness. Since its inception, 100% of proceeds from the Walk have helped support Healthy New Albany’s programs and services.
