Tiny Trailblazers

Date & Time:

April 8 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

$180

The HNA Tiny Trailblazers program immerses toddlers (ages 18 months – 4 years) and their caregivers in the wonders of the natural world. This hands-on, sensory-rich experience uses nature-focused activity stations to spark joy, creativity, and enhance motor and language development. Little ones will discover the beauty of the outdoors through activities like creeking, sensory nature stations, and nature crafts.

This program gently introduces young children to social interactions, while providing adults with valuable insights into nature and child development. Along the way, participants will enjoy guided nature walks, storytelling on the Raines Crossing Bridge, snacks, and hands-on sensory activities based on the theme for the day. Join us for a delightful journey of exploration and growth in the great outdoors!

About the Instructor:
Sara Goff is a multi-faceted facilitator with nearly two decades of experience, offering spaces known for merging the playful and the sacred, dancing between wisdom and wildness, and offering individual growth alongside the tending and nurturing of a healthy community. Her devoted body of work includes her great loves of movement (Sara is a highly accomplished yoga instructor and founder of a yoga teacher training), women’s spaces (she’s a circle leader and trainer with The Wild Woman Project and a producer of the annual Wild Woman Fest) and the natural world (certified as a Forest Therapy Guide, Sara offers forest bathing experiences throughout the year). With roots in musical theater, she is often weaving songs and storytelling into her offerings, and delights when her beloved service pup Lulu gets to do ‘animal therapy’ work at her side! When not working, you’re likely to find Sara and Lulu on hiking trails or river walks, scoping out playground swings and other Adventures in Aunting, or curling up with some nature-inspired poetry or a good story.
