Program Description:
Combining traditional Tai Chi Form patterns with basic foundational techniques and incorporating movements from Qi Gong, Tai Chi with Christopher will offer participants the benefits of enhanced balance and stability, strength, and flexibility, all while moving at a gentle and slow pace. Non-impact in its nature, Tai Chi is suitable for anyone looking for a relaxing and mindful movement experience.

• Conference Room on the first floor

Virtual Option:
• All registrants will be sent a Zoom link via email prior to the first class. There is no separate registration needed. Registrants may participate either in-person or via Zoom based on their preference/availability.

About the Instructors:
Christopher Jansen has been teaching Tai Chi, dance, and other movement modalities for 26 years. Having started teaching High Impact Aerobics and Step at sixteen years old, Christopher has branched out to not only offer Tai Chi, but also Yoga, various dance styles, and water fitness classes. After delving into the world of Ballroom Dance, Christopher opened a dance studio in downtown Milwaukee, WI, and although dance has been Christopher’s lifelong passion, he realizes the importance of the more gentle and subtle movement modalities, such as Yoga and Tai Chi. Christopher is also a certified personal trainer, transformation specialist, and cancer exercise specialist.
