Sourdough: Pretzel Making Class

Join us for a fun, hands-on sourdough pretzel making class! We’ll go step by step together from mixing and shaping to boiling and baking so you’ll feel confident making them on your own at home. You’ll get plenty of hands-on experience and bake your own batch of warm, golden sourdough pretzels in class.

Included in the class: a sourdough starter, sourdough pretzel recipe, and a sourdough guide to help you continue baking with confidence at home. Whether you’re new to sourdough or already love working with it, this class is the perfect blend of learning, creativity, and delicious reward.

• $85/person
• We encourage ages 10-17 to attend with an adult.

About the Instructor:
Chelsea Hall is a passionate sourdough baker and the owner of Rise & Run Bread Co., a microbakery specializing in sourdough bread and treats. Chelsea has honed her craft, combining her love for baking with her expertise in health and wellness.

When she’s not baking, Chelsea works as a physical therapist and enjoys running. She and her husband, Ian, are raising their two children in New Albany. You can find more about her baking journey on Instagram @riseandrunbreadco and follow her for tips, recipes, and inspiration!
