Life can be stressful and overwhelming sometimes. Give yourself the gift of self-care with a 5-week series of Gentle Movement and Restoration classes that will address exhaustion, anxiety and stress. Each class includes gentle movement, restorative postures, mindful breathing, meditation, reiki, and essential oils; all with calming music playing in the background. No experience (or special clothing) needed – all are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat or use a studio mat.

About the Instructor:
Wendy Klein grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and has lived in Columbus for over 35 years. After a 30-year career in public health, Wendy was searching for a way to work directly with individuals in order to provide support for both physical and emotional health. She was introduced to Urban Zen Integrative Therapy™ in 2019 and was immediately drawn to the holistic approach it offers to well-being. Wendy obtained her Urban Zen Integrative Therapist certification in 2020 and has been working with individuals (both in person and virtually) who have a variety of physical abilities in settings including hospice, hospitals, assisted living, and a drug and alcohol treatment center.
