Whether you’re a seasoned cast iron user or a curious beginner, there’s endless magic to cast iron cooking! Join us to learn techniques that elevate everyday ingredients into satisfying, shareable meals in these one pan recipes: baked eggs with greens and cheese (perfect for brunch or a light dinner); skillet lasagna, pepperoni garlic knots; a winner chicken skillet dinner; cast iron fruit crisp that’s perfect for fall and winter.

About the Instructor:
Sharon Dunn, HNA Nourish Program Coordinator, earned her Baking and Pastry degree at Columbus State and worked for the Cameron Mitchell Restaurant Group for eight years as a baker, prep cook, and line cook. Sharon and her family are New Albany residents, and she has been involved in the Healthy New Albany community through the Farmers Market and now with Nourish, the community cooking education program.
