Clear View: What to Do Now for Long-Term Eye Health

As we age, our eyes change, but vision loss isn’t inevitable. Join us for an informative session on protecting your sight for the long haul. Two eye-health experts will explain what’s normal, what’s not, and which daily habits make the biggest difference. We’ll cover screenings and timelines, light and screen habits, dry-eye relief, and how to spot warning signs early. You’ll leave with a simple checklist and resources to help you “see well, age well.”
