Managing Allergies and Preventing Asthma Attacks
You’ll learn how to spot common triggers, manage symptoms before they escalate, protect your lungs, and reduce the risk of asthma attacks and severe allergic reactions.
We will explore together seasonal allergies, food allergies, sinus issues, asthma, and when it’s time to see a specialist.
You will receive practical tools so you’re not just reacting to symptoms, but actively protecting your family’s lungs.

About the Instructor:
Dr. Rakesh Vadde earned his medical degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences/JJM Medical College in India and completed his internship and residency at Interfaith Medical Center/One Brooklyn Health. Dr. Vadde pursued his fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care, and is board-eligible in Interventional Pulmonology. His special interests include asthma, bronchial thermoplasty*, critical care medicine, COPD, EBUS*, interstitial bronchoscopy*, interstitial lung disease, interventional pulmonology*, lung nodules/lung cancer, navigational bronchoscopy*, sleep medicine, rigid bronchoscopy, airway stenting, and medical thoracoscopy.
