A gentle class moving through a variety of yoga poses using a chair for support. Seated and standing poses improve balance, flexibility, and strength. Includes breathing practices to encourage relaxation and mindfulness. Suitable for adults of any age or fitness level.

  • Virtual Zoom option available.
  • 12-week series, Wednesdays June 3 – August 26 (no class July 15).
  • Ages 18+.
