A gentle, low-impact fitness program designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance using small precise movements to tone, lengthen, and strengthen muscles. Part of the class is done seated in a chair, part is done standing using the chair as a ballet barre. Promotes core stability, mobility, and coordination.
