A supportive, interactive class for expectant parents who want to feel calm, confident, and prepared to breastfeed. Led by an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), you’ll receive evidence-based guidance along with hands-on practice using dolls and breast models. Topics include how breastfeeding works, comfortable feeding positions, recognizing early feeding cues, skin-to-skin contact, troubleshooting common challenges, and local support resources.
