Designed to teach boys in grades 4–7 how to move, build muscle, and muscular endurance using just their body weight. Focus is on form first — teaching proper technique for squats, pushups, lunges, and more — then incorporating those movements into a dynamic workout to improve agility, endurance, and power.

  • 5-week series, Mondays June 1–29.
  • Location: OSU WMC Fitness Facility (2nd floor).
  • Instructor: Alex Seaholm, Certified Personal Trainer.
