Date & Time:

Step into the Self-Care Science Lab, an interactive, hands-on workshop where everyday self-care meets real-world science. Participants explore the basics of hair care, hygiene, and wellness through simple STEM concepts—using ingredients commonly found at home or at the nearest grocery store—to better understand how daily routines support overall well-being.
Through guided experiments, demonstrations, and discussion, participants learn how and why ingredients work, how science supports healthy habits, and how cultural traditions around self-care connect across communities. This class encourages curiosity, confidence, and creativity while empowering participants to build practical, sustainable self-care habits they can use every day.
