Join us for a practical, easy-to-understand conversation with a pulmonologist about how allergies and asthma impact children, adults, and older adults, and what you can do to stay ahead of them.
You’ll learn how to spot common triggers, manage symptoms before they escalate, protect your lungs, and reduce the risk of asthma attacks and severe allergic reactions.
We will explore together seasonal allergies, food allergies, sinus issues, asthma, and when it’s time to see a specialist.
You will receive practical tools so you’re not just reacting to symptoms, but actively protecting your family’s lungs.

About the Instructor:

Dr. Inderpal Thethi is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine. He earned his medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine (2007) and completed residency training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine (2010) and Jersey Shore University Medical Center (2014). He went on to complete a fellowship at Tulane University School of Medicine (2018). Dr. Thethi holds American Board of Internal Medicine certifications in Internal Medicine (2015), Pulmonary Disease (2017), and Critical Care Medicine (2018).
