Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the sweet side of sourdough! In this hands-on class, we’ll walk through every step of making delicious, naturally leavened cinnamon rolls—from feeding your starter to shaping and baking pillowy-soft rolls with that perfect swirl of cinnamon and sugar.
We’ll review and practice each stage of the process, so whether you’re brand new to sourdough or looking to refine your technique, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to recreate these sweet treats at home.
You’ll bake the real product in class and also leave with:
*3–4 unbaked cinnamon rolls to take home and enjoy fresh from your own oven
*Your own healthy, active sourdough starter to keep the baking going
*A printed guide to making sourdough bread at home
*The full sourdough cinnamon roll recipe we used in class
