Join culinary expert Sharon Dunn and functional nutritionist Pamela Conn for an engaging and educational cooking class focused on the power of food to support healing and resilience. In this hands-on session, participants will prepare flavorful, immune-supportive meals using anti-inflammatory ingredients known to help reduce chronic inflammation, a key factor in the fight against cancer. While Sharon guides the class through each recipe, Pamela will share the science behind the ingredients and explain how nutrition plays a vital role in cancer prevention and overall well-being.
Together, they’ll empower participants to nourish their bodies with intention, one delicious bite at a time.

About the Instructor:
Sharon Dunn, HNA Nourish Program Coordinator, earned her Baking and Pastry degree at Columbus State and worked for the Cameron Mitchell Restaurant Group for eight years as a baker, prep cook, and line cook. Sharon and her family are New Albany residents, and she has been involved in the Healthy New Albany community through the Farmers Market and now with Nourish, the community cooking education program.
