In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to prepare satisfying, flavorful dishes that lean into whole food plant based cooking. We’ll focus on whole grain, legumes and fresh produce minimizing the common crutch of heavy use of dairy products typical in vegetarian dishes. Hearty grain bowls with delicious homemade dressings/sauces, a stuffed sweet potato main dish, and a cashew cheese sauce that will have you craving more are a few of the recipes we will master.
