In this hands-on class, we’ll explore three internationally loved sandwiches that showcase unique ingredients, techniques, and cultural influences. You’ll learn how to make the Vietnamese Banh Mi (flavorful meats and/or tofu with fresh herbs and pickled vegetables), the Cuban Sandwich (roasted pork with cheese, pickles and mustard), and the Italian-American Stromboli (we’ll make our own quick puff pastry dough and roll it up stuffed with a variety of meats, cheeses and vegetables).
