Lift Like a Girl: Summer Session (Grades 8–12)

A multi-week program teaching girls the fundamentals of strength and conditioning using free weights, fitness equipment, and bodyweight exercises. Special attention given to proper equipment use, form, injury prevention, and goal setting. Workouts are scaled to meet every participant at her ability level.

  • 8-class series
  • Tuesdays & Fridays June 16 – July 17 (no class June 30 and July 3).
  • Ages 13–18 (Grades 8–12)
  • Instructor: Beth Morrison.
