A gentle, low-impact fitness program designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance using small precise movements to tone, lengthen, and strengthen muscles. Part of the class is done seated in a chair, part is done standing using the chair as a ballet barre. Promotes core stability, mobility, and coordination.

  • Virtual Zoom option available.
  • 12-week series, Fridays June 5 – August 28 (no class July 17).
  • Ages 18+.
