Looking for a casual place to host an event? When our spaces are not being used for Healthy New Albany (HNA) community programs and events, they are available to rent. If you are interested in renting a room, please complete the submit an online request or send us an email.

Rooms Available to Rent
Rooms can be rented separately or together in various combinations that suit your particular needs. Rental spaces can be divided with glass garage doors and/or curtain room dividers for both privacy and separation of space. Rental fees vary based on the room. Rental rate for multiple rooms will be a combination of the individual room prices.

Conference Room:
A perfect setting for professional and personal use. The 31’ by 27’ room can be configured multiple ways to meet your needs. A large projection screen and PC/Mac compatible projection equipment, sound system, podium and microphones are available. Capacity varies based on arrangement of tables and chairs.
Community Kitchen:
This state-of-the-art M/I Homes SmartStyle Kitchen is regularly used for Healthy New Albany cooking demonstrations and classes. The space itself can also be rented. It can accommodate 20-30 people or more by opening adjacent rooms. This room also opens up to our large outdoor patio, and the large counter on the island is a great place for serving food when rented in conjunction with either of two adjacent rooms.
Note, the use of HNA appliances, equipment, utensils, coffee makers, and dishwarer is not permitted.
Creative Arts Room:
This vibrant all-purpose room is great for any type of activity or meeting. This room has 3 large bistro tables and barstool seating for up to 18 people or can be configured with meeting tables/chairs. Two TV screens with computer connectivity are also available at an additional cost. The polished concrete floor makes it perfect for events that include arts and crafts projects, thus the name of this room.
Lounge
This is a warm, welcoming space, open to the public during building hours unless rented or being used for a Healthy New Albany program or events. It has configurable seating around a large fireplace. Multiple tables and chairs make this an excellent option for a casual gathering. The fireside room can seat up to 30 people with the option for more seating throughout the extended lounge.
Outside Patio
This large outdoor area is an extension of our indoor space. It includes large picnic table seating and a charming gas fire pit with additional tables and chairs. The creative arts room, kitchen and lounge all open up to the patio. The patio is open to the public unless rented or being used for a Healthy New Albany program or event. During summer months, this space is covered with a canopy.

Saturday – Sunday: 10 am – 8 pm

Catering/Food Service
Healthy New Albany does not permit the preparation of food on site by the renter. Catering services of your choosing can be arranged to provide for your event. You may serve alcohol at your event with proof of liability insurance.
Rental Fees
Rental fees vary based on space or combination of spaces required. Please complete the form to initiate your request.
Rooms may only be rented when not in use by Healthy New Albany.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Rental rate for multiple rooms will be a combination of the individual room prices.
- Longer time period rentals and special configurations of rooms to be rented will be determined on a case by case basis.
- Weekend rentals must be at a minimum of 2 hours
- Contract must be signed and $200 security deposit must be made in order to reserve room(s)
- Full payment must be made within two weeks of event
