Dr. Lisa Thornton is a clinical psychologist with a research and practice specialty in helping individuals manage the stress of chronic health conditions. She has both personal and professional interest in mindfulness-based practices for managing stress and enhancing mental, physical and social well-being. In individual counseling, she uses cognitive behavioral therapies and mindfulness to help patients coping with depression, anxiety, stress and other mental health conditions.
