How Diet and Exercise Can Change Your Numbers

Dr. Elisabeth Nogan will talk about how these numbers can make us feel, and how we can change the numbers with diet and exercise. She will also discuss how to make a change and how much you really need to do to see a difference in your numbers.

Dr. Nogan is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine, and sees patients at OSU Family Medicine at Healthy New Albany. She attended the Penn State University College of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, St. Margaret Family Medicine.
