This class also includes breathing practices to encourage relaxation and mindfulness. Chair Yoga is a gentle class and suitable for adults of any age or fitness level. \nAttendees may choose to attend in-person or virtually each class (to accommodate for potential winter weather and other scheduling concerns). \nSchedule:\n• Mondays | 10:00 – 11:00 am\n• June 2 – June 23 (4-week series) \nFee:\n• $52 for 4-week series \nLocation:\n• Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St. New Albany\, OH) \nVirtual Option:\n• All registrants will be sent a Zoom link via email prior to the first class. There is no separate registration needed.
