!We at Healthy New Albany are being proactive in an effort to keep the community informed and as healthy as possible. We do not wish to provoke fear, but rather prevent the onset of illness. We will continue to provide updates as we receive city and state guidance. Please subscribe to our newsletter if you would like to receive updates via email (link at bottom of this page).

Healthy New Albany Programs
In the spirit of prevention and social distancing, Healthy New Albany has decided to cancel all programs until further notice. Prorated refunds have been mailed to participants in cancelled classes.

We will email all past participants before opening registration for future classes.

Your health is our top priority. We will miss you all and value you as our program participants and friends!

Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions. Email is the best method of communication as our office hours will vary.

Heit Center
Healthy New Albany is just one of the organizations within the Heit Center. The Heit Center building will remain open with limited hours: 7am – 7pm Monday-Friday. The building will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. Anyone who enters the Heit Center will be asked to participate in a screening and temperature check. Masks must be worn in the building at all times. Please refer to each individual organization within the Heit Center for their policies.

New Albany Food Pantry
The New Albany Food Pantry is working with the NAPLS District to help students who will be affected by the three-week Spring Break extension. To ensure that families have ample provisions the pantry is asking for donations.

In an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy, we are asking that you refrain from dropping off any type of donation at the Heit Center for the time being. If you would like to make a monetary donation online, please visit our website by clicking here. Grocery store gift cards are also greatly appreciated! Gift cards can be mailed to 150 W.
