Lauren Blake is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who specializes in personalized nutrition and lifestyle-behavior changes. Lauren has a BS in nutrition and dietetics from Miami University and completed her post-graduate Dietetic Internship at The Ohio State University. She has a passion for promoting wellness using nutritious foods and a balanced lifestyle.
