Be prepared in case of an emergency with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Each participant will receive a Nationwide Children’s Hospital CPR card after course completion. Course topics include: CPR and airway obstruction procedures (choking); risk factors; American Heart Association Chain of Survival; signals and actions for survival.
The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in CPR and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in educational courses does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association, and any fees charged for such a course do not represent income to the association.
All instructors are employees of Nationwide Children’s Hospital and certified to teach the Friends and Family CPR course.
